DashMaestro : Refund Policy

1. Subscription-Based Service
Dash Maestro operates on a subscription-based model. Access to the Service is provided upon payment of the applicable subscription fees.
All payments are made in advance for the selected billing period (monthly or annual).
2. No Automatic Refunds
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
This includes:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused features
- Lack of usage
- Early cancellation
3. Free Trial (If Applicable)
If Dash Maestro offers a free trial:
- No charges will apply during the trial period.
- After the trial ends, billing begins automatically unless canceled.
No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel before the trial expiration.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront.
Refunds for annual plans are generally not provided. However, Dash Maestro may, at its sole discretion, provide a prorated refund in exceptional circumstances.
5. Exceptional Refund Requests
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical errors preventing access to the Service
- Billing mistakes
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
All decisions are final.
6. Service Interruptions
Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, third-party integrations, or force majeure events do not entitle users to refunds.
7. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation:
- Access remains active until the end of the billing period.
- No further charges will be applied.
- No prorated refunds will be issued.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Dash Maestro may result in:
- Immediate suspension of the account
- Permanent account termination
